Just what is all this praise and worship stuff about?

Psalm 22:3 says that God inhabits our praises.  That means, if you want an encounter with the presence of God, then Praise Him!

 

Here’s the place where you will learn about ”Losers Only” our praise and worship team at Vertical Ascent, and hopefully learn a little about praise and worship in general.

 

“Praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God, For ever and ever.

Amen!”

LOSERS ONLY

Established August 2006.  Losers only seems to be in a constant season of change.  Ever growing with new members but ever facing new challenges as we outgrow the tiny kitchen (which is our band room).

Meet Austin F., our Bass Player, a natural, He learned to play the Bass in a matter of a week and has continued to improve ever since.  

This is Austin K, our drummer.  Austin’s skills as a drummer are definitely God given, my sources say he never practices but for some reason he sounds better every time we hear him.

Here’s Jason,  Worship Leader and vocalist. For a young man he’s learned to listen for the voice of God and is getting better each service at letting the spirit lead.

Now here’s Trevor, our Electric (Rhythm) guitar player, one of the earliest members of “Losers Only”.  We be jammin’.

Help, we’ve outgrown our Band room!

This is our tiny kitchen where we try to make music.  We’re trying some new things to eliminate noise and feedback, but it’s tough in a tiny place.
