(01/26/08) Wow, how’d this happen. I totally skipped the month of December and most of January. I apologize. We need to get this wagon back up and on the trail. Things have been going awesome, the youth group is growing, the youth band and drama teams are being totally anointed and God’s moving in our midst. (01/26/08) This coming Tuesday, January the 29th is an OPEN Youth Band Practice. We are going to attempt to develop a “Trash Can Band” as well as look at new members for “Losers Only”. |

(11/17/07) (Repeat) This is the word I believe God gave me for this youth group, we have a youth group with the skeletons of worship, prayer and teaching, God is going to breathe new life into them and put meat on the bones...we’ve not seen nothing yet!
And He said to me, "Son of man, can these bones live?" So I answered, "O Lord GOD, You know." Again He said to me, "Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the LORD! Thus says the Lord GOD to these bones: "Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live. I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, cover you with skin and put breath in you; and you shall live. Then you shall know that I am the LORD." ~Ezekiel 37:3-6 |

(11/23/07) I believe God has given me another word for the youth group and the leaders this time. As God spoke to Joshua, He said.
5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. 6 Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them. 7 Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest. Joshua 1:5-7
Glean what you will from this, I believe God sees our group as only a core beginning of something much bigger. It’s going to take us courageously standing with God and his word to see this thing into the future. He has promised He will not “fail us or forsake us”. As Joshua lead the people, we too, youth and leaders alike will lead people into relationship with Jesus. (11/27/07) I made some major updates to the “It’s History” section. You’ve got to check it out. There is an Ancient History section. I found some pictures from 2004, maybe even earlier. The changes in the kids from then to now are incredible. |

(01/26/09) Welcome Back! Yet again web page updates slowed to a halt. Well, we’re up to date again. What! I missed most of 2008? Let’s just say it’s been a long but blessed year. Praise God it was a year for growth. The Children’s Ministry is thriving as is the Teen/Tween ministry. |
